Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All orders are sent using door-to-door courier delivery and we charge a flat fee of R85 for all orders which have a total value that is less than R600. Our warehouse is based in Johannesburg. All orders within major surrounding centers will take 3 – 4 working days. Outlying towns and regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Return & Exchange
- Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken within the warranty period then we will arrange the courier to come and collect. We will then check the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Should you decide that you no longer want the item, please note the following:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 7 working days.
- The shipping cost that you paid to receive the product, is non-refundable.
- We will require you to cover the shipping cost of returning the product.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used to order, only once we have received the product. Please note that refunds to credit cards may take up to 7 working days.
